A saurocete. No text associated yet, but I'd say this is a sedate, slow swimmer, probably pelagic, perhaps Mediterranean?
For those of you who don't know, saurocetes are the culmination of the mosasaur line. On Spec, where the big sea-lizards never died out, they evolved into dolphin/shark/ichthyosaur analogues and became the mosarks, lizardwhales, and so on.

Like to re-imagine this as a marine synapsid, since mosasaurs have turned out to have been ichthyosaur-like all along and it has massive teeth and nostrils near the snout tip, unlike other mosark pics.
